The prekindergarten program at Springhill offers programs for children ages 2, 3, 4 and 5 years old. Springhill is one of the longest running, non-profit, parent run prekindergarten programs in Edmonton.
Springhill works hard to create a happy "learning through play" environment helping children develop a sense of curiosity, grow, and develop.
Springhill’s prekindergarten program encompasses many different approaches to learning. For example, the prekindergarten program features a music program for all ages, cooking and baking for 4 and 5 year olds, organized arts and crafts, a gross motor play room and more.
Children who attend Springhill’s program having the added advantage of using facilities not typically found in other prekindergarten programs. Because Springhill resides within Edmonton Public’s Queen Alexandra School, children have access to a large library, gymnasium and huge outdoor playground.
